South Sudan Talk

Hello everyone,
On the 21st March we, The Batten Team had a talk to some people who live in South Sudan and are missionaries in South Sudan. They are called Phill and Janet. So I will tell you about the facts I learned from there amazing experience. The capital is Juba, Juba is so hot, Juba's water is filtered, Nile river runs through South Sudan, the water is salty, 1 road, unsafe to travel on the road, Toilets are just a hole in the ground, Kids swim in the Nile river, crocodiles are in the Nile river, there are electric fish in the Nile river, Water is very deep, South Sudan there are 65 languages, it takes a long time to build a house, doors are so low you have to crawl, they plaster houses with mud, rooms are very dark to keep it cold, schools are made of concrete, 100 dollars in South Sudan is  30 cents in NZ, pounds not dollars.
In South Sudan, to them, cows are really special and this is what they look like!

Thank you for reading!
