Ruby S-S's Learning Journey

 Hello everyone,  This week has been very busy for me, for me the year feels like it's going really fast with Coronavirus and everything that goes along with that. Here are the highlights for this week! ○ As a classroom, we got the "thumbs up" for camp, which is really good, I am so excited about it! I am also really eager to find out whos group I am, and finding out who is in my bunk room. ○ Cantamaths, I think things are coming together. I am doing a Motif, which I will start next week. I am also doing a game with Greta, and Cerise ( my friends )! The board game is coming together well, and we have finished our painting and are moving on to printing and laminating cards for our game, I am very excited to see the finishing product! ○ Bread making - Last week we made bread, in our lit circle groups. This was a really fun science activity to do! My group and I made wholemeal flatbread, this bread I really enjoyed making, because it was cool seeing the bubbles form on our b

Hello everyone, This week we have started on Lit circles! This has been very fun because I got one of the choices I chose. I chose This Land We Call Home and I got that choice. It is a couple weeks later and I have done tasks and have had meetings with my group. I really like Lit Circles because I am able to read and with my book, I am able to learn about history!  Here is a photo of the book I am reading> So far I am really liking this book.
